. Booking & Payment

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25-50% is required to secure your session/event date. This deposit will be applied to your total balance.

• Full Payment: The remaining balance is due on or before the session/event date. For branding projects, payment terms may be outlined in the contract.

• Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via:

  • Zelle: 718-610-9238

• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice for portrait sessions and 7 days' notice for events. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

• Cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours for portraits and 7 days for events will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

2. Session Details

• Portrait Sessions: Sessions include a set number of hours and locations, with additional time available at an hourly rate.

• Event Photography: Coverage starts at a pre-agreed time and includes candid and posed shots. Additional hours must be requested in advance and may incur extra fees.

• Branding Photography: A consultation is required to discuss branding objectives and ensure the desired results. Final deliverables will be outlined in a contract.

3. Image Delivery

• Turnaround Time: Edited images will be delivered within 1-4 weeks, depending on the scope of the session or event.

• File Format: High-resolution digital images will be provided via an online gallery or download link. Physical prints or albums are available for an additional fee.

• Client Selections: Clients may select their favorite images from the gallery for final editing, depending on the package chosen.

4. Copyright & Usage

• Photographer’s Rights: The photographer retains copyright to all images. Clients receive a usage license for personal or business use (as specified).

• Client’s Rights: Clients may use the images for personal or professional purposes, but may not sell or publish the images without prior written consent from the photographer.

• Model Release: By booking a session, clients agree that the photographer may use the images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Retouching & Editing

• Basic Edits: All images are edited for color correction, lighting, and minor retouching. Additional retouching (e.g., skin smoothing, background changes) is available for an extra fee.

• Client Requests: Special editing requests must be made before final delivery. Additional charges may apply for extensive edits.

6. Liability

• Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of equipment failure, unforeseen illness, or other emergencies, the photographer reserves the right to reschedule or provide a qualified substitute photographer.

• Force Majeure: The photographer is not liable for events outside their control, including but not limited to weather, accidents, or venue restrictions, that may impact the quality of the images.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time. Delays may result in reduced session time without adjustment to the fee.

• Cooperation: Clients are responsible for communicating their expectations, providing any necessary permissions for venues, and ensuring the availability of key individuals during events.

8. Agreement

• By booking a session or event, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Any modifications to the agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
